For the past three years, Nate has lead the Princess@Sea product team at Princess Cruises. Princess@Sea is an industry first, guest-facing digital experience platform in use aboard our ships. While the goals of the project started small on it's first deployment on Royal Princess in 2013, it has grown to be a catalyst for digital transformation on board the fleet, enhancing existing services and creating entirely new guest experiences onboard. Princess@Sea will complete it's deployment to the entire Princess fleet of 17 ships by the end of the year.

Nate's team works in close collaboration in all aspects of the product lifecycle, from ideation to deployment to guest evaluation with an agile everywhere approach. The teams ultimate goal is to have swift value delivery through various disciplines - continuous flow of features, continuous improvement of process and continuous deployment to the ships.
